Free Plan or Paid — Which Is Right for You?
When Free Plan Is Enough
Trying Bitrix24 for the first time: Get started immediately with no investment and explore features.
Very small sales process: If you have a handful of deals per month, a single sales pipeline suffices.
Light task management: Teams using tasks sparingly (≤100 total tasks) across projects.
Basic internal collaboration: Chat, video calls, and file sharing for a small remote team or startup.
Pilot or early-stage businesses: Experiment with CRM, marketing campaigns, or a company intranet on a limited budget.
In these cases, Free Plan provides a risk-free way to use Bitrix24’s core features. It lets you determine how the system fits your workflow before paying for more.
If you find Free Plan too restrictive, Bitrix24 makes it easy to switch. A trial of higher plans is available, and you can upgrade right in your subscription settings. Upgrading unlocks all advanced tools and increases limits.
When to Upgrade to Paid Plan
Need advanced CRM: Multiple pipelines, deal automation (robots), or sophisticated sales reports.
Higher volume of work: More than 100 tasks, complex projects with Gantt charts or Scrum tools.
Larger customer base: Thousands of leads/contacts or heavy search requirements (free search limit at ~1000 records).
Multiple communication channels: More than one Open Channel (e.g. both WhatsApp and Facebook), or built-in telephony.
Additional storage & security: Paid plans offer 50–100+ GB storage and advanced security/backup options.
Marketplace apps & APIs: Need third-party integrations, marketing tools, or custom apps (only on paid plans).
Priority support: Paid subscriptions come with faster support response and dedicated assistance.
